Indication: 

Moksi Tablet is indicated for the treatment of adults (> 18 years of age) with infections caused by bacteria susceptible to moxifloxacin". Moxifloxacin should be used only when it is considered inappropriate to use antibacterial agents that are commonly recommended for the initial treatment of these infections or when these have failed:

·         Uncomplicated cystitis

·         Acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

·         Acute bacterial rhinosinusitis

·         Otitis media acute

·         Acute Bacterial Sinusitis

·         Acute Bacterial Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis

·         Community-Acquired Pneumonia

·         Uncomplicated Skin and Skin Structure Infections

·         Complicated Intra-Abdominal Infections

·         Complicated Skin and Skin Structure Infections

·         Mild to moderate pelvic inflammatory disease (i.e. infections of female upper genital tract, including salpingitis and endometritis), without an associated tuboovarian or pelvic abscess.
