Indication: 

Silymarin is indicated as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of liver disease of varying etiologies; acute hepatitis, chronic persistent and chronic aggressive hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver, fatty liver, toxic metabolic or toxic metabolic liver damage. It has been shown to protect the liver from damage caused by general anesthesia.
